Se refunciona, restaura y revalora, el histórico Hospital / Escuela Nacional de Clínicas, inaugurado en 1913, a través de 3 acciones de diseño:
1. Extracción de edificios deficientes anexos a los edificios históricos patrimoniales.
2. Apertura, conexión y unificación a nivel ciudad, a través de un parque lineal público y un sistema de plazas.
3. Creación de una nueva arquitectura contemporánea multifuncional, que reestructura el uso de todo el conjunto, actualizando la arquitectura existente, a tiempo presente y futuro.

The historic Hospital / School National of Clinics, opened in 1913, is refurbished, restored and revalued, through 3 design actions:
1. Removal of deficient buildings attached to the historical heritage buildings.
2. Opening, connection and unification at city level, through a public linear park and a system of places.
3. Creation of a new multifunctional contemporary architecture, which restructures the use of the whole complex, updating the existing architecture, in the present and future tenses.
